Our invitation had a great resonance: Professional facilitators from 10 countries coming from Mexico, Portugal, Netherlands, Germany … and maybe Australia will present their experience of organisational constellations in international business.

The challenging background of our Conference is the big financial and economic crises.
To continue infosyon´s pathway of integrating organisational approaches and tools the conference will be held in cooperation with METAFORUM – within the 4 week interdisciplinary Summer Camp 2009, July/August in Abano/ taly.

De geheimen van de groep - Boek
In dit boek wordt door Piet Weisfelt beschreven hoe in systemen (groepen en organisaties) een groepsdynamisch proces tot ontwikkeling komt dat bepalend is voor het rendement van het systeem. Dit proces wijkt in hoge mate af van wat in de klassieke groepsdynamica wordt bechreven. Elementen als hechting aan het systeem, de ontwikkeling van het leiderschap, de emotionele ontwikkeling van het syteem en de ontwikkeling van ziekte en gezondheid van het systeem worden duidelijk beschreven.

Onlangs kreeg ik telefoon van iemand die mij er wou op wijzen dat een themadag haar (organisatie) toebehoorde. Frapant dat mensen met dezelfde doelstelling en die in hetzelfde domein actief zijn, elkaar niet ondersteunen. Volgens mijn overtuiging heeft iedereen een bepaalde plek om zijn ding te doen. Laat ons dan samenwerken om concrete dingen te realiseren binnen een bedrijvencontext ipv elkaar proberen de loef af te steken en zaken in een slecht daglicht te plaatsen.

Via organisatieopstellingen leer je hoe je kunt omgaan met belemmerende patronen binnen de organisatie. Tevens krijg je inzicht met betrekking tot de plek die je zelf inneemt binnen de organisatie en vanuit welke positie je optimaal kunt functioneren.
